Ordering Process
Chagrin Road Pick-Up - Place your order online and choose Pick-up. You will be prompted to select a date and a time for your order.
Shipping: We now offer shipping for our "Ship Only Box". To ensure that the product stays frozen, we will only be shipping to addresses in a 1-day shipping zone from our Chagrin Falls location.
The cost of the box is $170 and includes fifteen (15) 2lb. chubs of your choice and also includes shipping. To see if you qualify, select the "Ship Only Box" product, and choose your fifteen (15) 2lb. chubs.
At checkout you will be prompted to enter your shipping address; if you qualify your order will be accepted. If not, you will receive a message notifying you that we do not ship to your area.

At this time, we are only offering shipping of the "Ship Only Box". We do ask that you immediately put the food in a freezer upon receiving the package to ensure the food stays frozen. Please allow 1-3 days after your order before we can ship out the package to you.
